Cookies Policy
Effective date: 26 April 2026
Last reviewed: pending legal review
This document is a working draft published for transparency. It has not yet been reviewed by a qualified legal advisor and may change. If you rely on this policy for a contractual or compliance decision, please contact us first.
This page explains the cookies and similar technologies used on myfoodfast.com, why we use them, and how you can control them. It complements our Privacy Policy and applies to the marketing website only — separate notices apply to the partner takeaway ordering sites and to our mobile apps.
1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website. They help the site remember information about your visit (for example, that you have already seen a banner) and let us understand how the site is used so we can improve it. Some are set by us (“first-party”) and some are set by third-party services we have chosen to embed (“third-party”).
2. Categories We Use
We group cookies into three categories. We rely on different legal bases for each.
- Strictly necessary — required for the site to function (security, load balancing, remembering preferences you have actively chosen). No consent required.
- Analytics — Google Analytics 4. Helps us understand which pages perform best and where visitors get stuck. Set when you accept analytics in our cookie banner.
- Marketing — HubSpot tracking. Lets us link a contact form submission to the pages you read beforehand so we can follow up with relevant content. Set when you accept marketing in our cookie banner.
We do not currently run advertising re-targeting cookies on the marketing site. If we add them in future, we will update this page and ask for your consent first.
3. Cookies We Set

4. How We Get Your Consent
Strictly necessary cookies are set as soon as you arrive. Analytics and marketing cookies are set only after you actively accept them in our cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser cookies for myfoodfast.com — the banner will then re-appear on your next visit.
5. Managing Cookies in Your Browser
All major browsers let you block or delete cookies. The exact steps differ by browser; popular guides:
Blocking strictly necessary cookies will break parts of the site (forms, navigation memory). Blocking analytics or marketing cookies will not.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy when we add or remove a service that uses cookies. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. For material changes we will surface the update in the cookie banner.
