Your switch checklist — do step 1 today

Whatever platform you move to, these five steps protect the business you’ve built on GloriaFood.

  1. 1

    Export your customer list now

GloriaFood’s reporting module lets you export customer names, emails, phones and order history — but it doesn’t make it obvious, and after 30 April 2027 it’s gone. Do this first, today. Check your marketing-consent records too so your list stays GDPR-clean.

  2. 2

Document your delivery zones and fees

Screenshot your zone map and note the boundaries, delivery fees and minimum order values per zone. You’ll recreate these in minutes on the new system.

  3. 3

    Import your menu automatically (free)

No retyping. Give us the link to your live GloriaFood ordering page and our AI menu importer reads it and rebuilds it on MyFoodFast — categories, options and modifiers included. We check it over with you before you go live.

  4. 4

Swap your links and QR codes

Your website ordering button, Facebook ordering links and printed QR menus all point at GloriaFood and will go dead. Replace them with your new ordering links — and reprint QR materials before the deadline, not after.

  5. 5

    Payments stay on Stripe

GloriaFood’s payment module used your own Stripe account. MyFoodFast is Stripe-powered too: we set you up with a Stripe Express account during signup — a few business details, payouts straight to your bank, no separate merchant application to chase. Most shops are live and taking orders the same week.
