Loyalty and rewards
A loyalty scheme that brings your regulars back.
MyFoodFast gives your takeaway its own points and rewards on your ordering website and app, so regulars earn on every direct order and come back to spend them.

Rewards for ordering direct
Points only come from your own website and app, never Just Eat. That gives regulars a reason to order from you.
Switched on in one click
MyFoodFast suggests a programme from your own average order. Turn it on as it is, or change anything first.
Generous, not costly
A free side feels generous and costs only its food cost. A live check warns you before a setting gives margin away.
A reward worth coming back for. A cost you can see.

Pick the reward
Money off or a free item your customers already buy, such as chips, a drink or a dessert. Points per pound and expiry are yours to set.
They see it getting closer
A rewards bar on the menu, what this order earns in the basket, and a stamp card when a reward is a few orders away.
They come back to spend it
When the reward is ready, one tap in the basket applies it. Points arrive once the order is delivered or collected.
One-tap reorder
Their usual, in one tap.
Regulars see their last order at the top of your menu, with Reorder on every past order. It rebuilds the basket at today’s prices and tells them if anything has changed.
What makes a good takeaway loyalty scheme?
A takeaway loyalty scheme gives regulars points on each order to spend on money off or a free item. MyFoodFast Loyalty runs on your ordering website and branded app for UK takeaways, and only orders placed direct earn points, so it rewards customers for ordering from you rather than through a marketplace.
The schemes that work follow a few rules. The first reward should come within about three orders, or most customers never reach it. Around 4 to 6% back is enough to notice; more than 8% gives away margin, and under 2% goes unnoticed. A free side, drink or dessert beats money off, because it costs you only its food cost, while a whole pizza replaces a sale instead of adding to one. Points that last six months suit customers who order about once a month.
MyFoodFast builds those rules in. It suggests a programme from your own average online order, shows what it costs you before you save, and warns you when a setting drifts out of balance. Regulars then see their progress on the menu, in the basket and on their own Rewards page, and can reorder their usual in one tap.
Loyalty runs on MyFoodFast Online Ordering and your branded ordering app, and works with Automated Marketing, which messages past customers to bring them back.
Loyalty — the questions owners ask
Can I run my own loyalty scheme instead of relying on Just Eat?
Yes. MyFoodFast Loyalty runs on your own ordering website and app, and only those direct orders earn points, so the scheme rewards customers for ordering from you.
How much does it cost?
Nothing extra. Loyalty comes with MyFoodFast Online Ordering, included with a base plan from £20 a month, and with your Branded Mobile App. Card orders carry 1% MFF on online card orders, plus Stripe processing. The only other cost is the rewards you choose to give.
How do customers join?
By signing in when they order. Guests see your offer, such as “Earn 5 points for every £10 spent”, and a sign-in prompt. You can add a sign-up bonus to get them started.
Should I give money off or a free item?
Usually a free item. A free side, drink or dessert feels generous and costs you only its food cost. Avoid a whole pizza or main as the reward: it replaces a sale instead of adding to one.
Can I run it as a stamp card?
Yes. Give a set number of points on every order over a minimum, and when a reward takes between 2 and 12 orders, your website shows it as a stamp card, such as 3 of 5 stamps.
Do phone, counter and Just Eat orders earn points?
No. Only orders customers place themselves, signed in, on your website or app earn points. That keeps the scheme a reason to order direct.
I have more than one shop. Can they share a scheme?
Yes. Copy your programme to your other stores in a few clicks. Customers who already have points keep their value.
Can customers reorder their usual?
Yes. Signed-in customers see their last order at the top of the menu and can reorder any past order in one tap, at today’s prices. They are told if an item is no longer available or the price has changed.
