A website for every brand
Its own name, logo, colours and web address. Customers only ever see the brand they ordered from.
One POS, no extra tablets
Every brand’s orders come into the same POS, tagged with the brand, so the team knows what they are packing.
More ways to be found
Each brand site has its own Google listing, so a burger search can find your burgers, not just your pizza shop.
Add a brand without adding a system.

Tag your menu to brands
Choose which products each brand sells, and give them their own prices if you want. One menu, so nothing is entered twice.
Give each brand its own look
Upload the logo, pick the colours, set the Google title and choose the address: a free one from us or your own domain.
Cook it all in one place
Orders from every brand land on one POS and one kitchen queue. Receipts print with the right brand’s name and logo.
A second brand, not a second business to run.
One account
No second login, no second menu, no second POS. Add a brand inside the account you already run.
One login, shared points
One customer login works on every brand, and loyalty points earned on one can be spent on any of them.
One kitchen, one limit
Capacity Management counts orders from every brand together, because they all come out of the same kitchen.
What is a virtual brand?
A virtual brand is a second takeaway brand, with its own name and menu, cooked in a kitchen you already run. A pizza shop might sell smash burgers under another name, or a curry house might run a separate biryani brand. Customers order from the brand’s own website or from the marketplaces; they never need to know it shares a kitchen.
MyFoodFast virtual brands is part of MyFoodFast Online Ordering for UK takeaways. Each brand gets its own ordering website, menu, prices, look and Google listing, and every brand’s orders go to the same POS and kitchen screens, with the brand printed on the receipt. It all runs from one account, so a new brand costs you a menu and a logo, not a second system.
It is also how to take catering orders on their own site, with a notice period and a minimum order, and how to test a new idea without changing the menu your regulars know. Use the Operations report, filtered by brand, to see which ones earn their place.
See how it works for dark kitchens, how to take catering orders on their own website, and how Platform Integrations brings every brand’s Just Eat, Uber Eats and Deliveroo orders onto the same POS.
Virtual brands — the questions owners ask
Can I run more than one brand from the same kitchen on MyFoodFast?
Yes. Each brand gets its own ordering website, name, logo and menu, and every brand’s orders come into the same POS and kitchen screens from one account.
Do I need a second account or a second POS for each brand?
No. All your brands run from one account and one POS. You choose which products each brand sells, so there is still only one menu to keep up to date.
How much does a virtual brand cost?
Nothing extra for each brand website. Your brands run on MyFoodFast Online Ordering, included with a base plan from £20 a month, rolling monthly with no minimum term. Card orders carry 1% MFF on online card orders, plus Stripe processing, and no aggregator commission.
Does each brand get its own Google listing?
Yes. Each brand website has its own page title, description, web address and sitemap, so Google treats it as a separate site from your main business.
Can each brand charge different prices?
Yes. Give a product a different price on a brand, or leave it the same. Each brand can also show its own deals.
Will my staff know which brand an order is for?
Yes. The POS shows the brand on every order, and the receipt prints with that brand’s name, web address and logo. Kitchen screens show the dish, so the cooks make it the same way whichever brand sold it.
Do Just Eat, Uber Eats and Deliveroo orders come in too?
Yes, with Platform Integrations. Marketplace orders arrive on the same POS and kitchen screens as your brand websites, instead of on a tablet per app.
Can each brand have its own app or opening hours?
Not yet. Your branded app and kiosk show your main brand, and every brand uses the opening hours and delivery areas of the store it trades from. A brand can add its own minimum order, and can offer delivery from a store where your main site is collection only.
