Yes. Search by postcode and the POS shows the customer’s past orders, spend and address, with a button to repeat their last order.
Do kiosk orders go straight to the kitchen?
Yes. A kiosk order is paid at the screen and goes to your kitchen display like any other order, with no one re-keying it at the counter.
Can customers choose a collection time when they order online?
Yes. Customers pick a collection time at checkout on your ordering website, and you can change prep times or pause online collection orders from the POS when the shop is busy.
How much does MyFoodFast cost for a takeaway?
From £20 a month. POS from £40 per terminal/month; OrderHub from £20 per screen/month. Your ordering website is included with a base product. Online card orders carry 1% MFF on online card orders, plus Stripe processing, with no aggregator commission. Kitchen screens, a kiosk and Platform Integrations are optional and priced separately, and everything is rolling monthly.
